1. Trademark labels (Computer-made
hot cut woven edge):
Trademark labels are widely used, most commonly as the main
label, care label, and measurements of clothes, suitcases,
bags, shoes and hats. The process of making such labels is
highly flexible: they can be cut into 1-20cm widths with heat,
ultrasound and laser, and created in a variety of shapes either
manually, through molding or by laser. Colors and patterns
are completely up to the customer, with a range of textures
such as regular plane, double plane, high shuttle, silk and
satin which produces a special effect when different light
hits it. The technology we use is of the same standard as
that in Europe and the US.
2. Woven-edged trademark label (wooden-shuttle
loom, needle loom)
To meet the needs of high-end fashion, flaws in cut labels
can be avoided by simultaneously weaving both sides of the
label. Woven-edged labels are more even, their shape more
regular and refined. Extra-color ironing or dying produce
even more satisfying results, highly appropriate for mid to
high-end Western suits, shirts, underwear and fashion clothing,
and is commonly used in Japan.
3. Packaging and bags£º
Packaging plays a critical role in presenting products and
in one¡¯s corporate image, in attracting people¡¯s attention
and as a means of subtly raising people¡¯s awareness of a product.
Packaging is a highly effective method of increasing competitiveness.
Thus, the demands in creating the packaging itself are extremely
high ¨C each step of the process from creative design to pattern
making, printing, finishing, die casting, gold and silver
pressed, UV finish, and manual or machine paper mounting requires

4. Clip (hang-logo)
Our exquisite clips are made of metal or plastic. They are
widely used for high-end Western suits, dresses and fashion
items because of their unique anti-counterfeit function (one-off
insertion) and capacity to demonstrate brand names. The requirements
for modeling clips are high.
5. PVC LOGO(screen printed, embossed
mark)
Can be used with a variety of materials, the process being
extremely flexible. Special features include light reflective,
fluorescent, three-dimensional decals and liquid formed, air
formed and eiderdown filled labels. They can be used as chest
badges, shoulder labels, hang tags and tags. Such labeling
appears on a diverse range of products, and has wide application
in gifts, children¡¯s wear, casual wear, eiderdown garments,
suitcases, boxes, shoes and hats. All products are tailored
to individual customer¡¯s needs.
6. Jeans labels
Jeans labels, with their own unique style, have become an
indispensable jeans and casual wear accessory. Its main materials
include: water-washed leather labels, a variety of artificial
leathers, genuine leather (pigskin, cowhide, etc) and recycled
environmentally friendly paper.
7. Metal accessories
High end metal accessories. Primarily alloy injection molding
and alloy die stamping, they are electroplated and polished
with advanced processing equipment. Metal accessories are
mainly used for jeans and casual brands.
8. Hang tags
An indispensable part of brand positioning. Processing of
size, shape and thickness is flexible. There are two main
categories: paper and plastics. Paper serves is the main type
and is printed with Roland 600 and 200, the edges are cut
with large paper cutter and perforated with a professional
perforator. Strict control is maintained on every single detail,
including color, perforations, edge cutting and the embossed
marking.
9. Rubber patch, high-frequency hot
stamp mark
This product depends entirely on the accuracy of the modeling.
Rubber patch are either three dimensional and flat. Currently,
the environmentally friendly material SILICON is most commonly
used; fluorescent materials can also be added. These stamps
are widely used in gifts like key fobs, suitcases and bags,
casual wear and fall/winter clothes collections.
Various textiles and leather are used as the bed charge of
high-frequency voltage marks so as to produce a softening
effect on the material.
10. Printed labels, bar codes, stickers
Divided into screen printed and offset labels using a range
of materials. This product can be used as the main label,
care label, product code and so on.
11. Embroidered badge (computer embroidered)
Another process for creating brand labels and decoration.
It has a strong three-dimensional visual impact and can easily
be used to create a variety of images.
12. Woven ribbon
Made of nylon, polyester and elastic. Colors, patterns and
wording are tailored to the customer¡¯s needs, and patterns
can be screen-printed. Special materials like reflective thread
can also be added. Ribbon options include flat strip, cylindrical
cord, Velcro or elasticized. Mainly used in fashion, suitcases
and bags, shoes and hats, mobile phone pouch belts, staff
name tags, spectacle cords and gifts.
13. Plastic parts
Various specifications of bell, eye-hook, stopper, pig-nose,
clamp and D-pattern button are all molded or cast in great
detail. Colors and screen-printed brand patterns are tailor
made.
14. Buttons
Button materials have been changing ever since the button¡¯s
debut in the thirteenth century, from cloth-wrapped, to metal,
ivory, gems, wood and synthetic plastics to the currently
promoted natural raw materials, as the button¡¯s practical
use developed into a more of decorative purpose. We have an
enormous variety in a dazzling range of materials and styles.
Metal buttons
Metal buttons were used by the nobility and military as a
symbol of identity and status form the 13th to 16th century.
Metal buttons sold by our company are available in both classic
and modern styles. Metal buttons suitable for various mid/high-end
fashions are made of steel, copper, aluminum, iron or alloy
materials, processed through accurate modeling, heating, pressing
and gilding.
Nut buttons
Also known as ivory buttons due to their look, nut buttons
are made of coconut originally from South America, dried and
ground into the finished products. With increased awareness
of the need for environmentally friendly materials, nut buttons
replaced plastic materials and became widely used. Delicate
processing procedures of manufacturing the buttons include
peeling, cutting, filtering, drilling, selecting, button making,
hole making and surface finish. Mainly used in Western suits
and casual wear.
Resin buttons
Resin buttons are recycled buttons that are made of unsaturated
polyester resin extracted from petroleum with coloring, pearl,
wax, salt, saw dust or straws added. Under different temperatures,
thickness and spinning speeds these materials can produce
kaleidoscopic range of patterns. Resin buttons can also be
recycled to produce other buttons imitating pearl shell, horn,
nut, wood, stone and marble.
Shell buttons
Shell is an environmentally friendly and high end button
material. Every single shell button is manufactured through
selecting, embryo extracting, grinding, perforating, bleaching,
gloss, quality control and packaging. Shell buttons are normally
used in high end fashion.
